1. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made through our website or via direct contact.
Prices are listed in DKK and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed to secure your spot in a class or event.
We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, MobilePay.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 5 days or more before the scheduled class are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 4 days may not be eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled at our discretion.
No-shows are non-refundable.
If we need to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to attend another session.
3. Customized & Private Sessions
Menus and experiences for private or team bookings are customized based on dietary needs and preferences.
Prices may vary depending on group size, duration, and menu selection.
Final details will be agreed upon in writing prior to the event.
4. Health, Safety & Allergies
Participants are responsible for informing us of any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions when booking.
While we take care to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
By participating, you acknowledge and accept any inherent risks in cooking activities.
5. Use of Materials
Recipes, eBooks, and course materials provided are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed for commercial purposes without our written consent.
6. Liability
We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our Services, except where required by law.
You are responsible for your own safety while handling equipment, utensils, and ingredients.

We may take photos or videos during classes for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in such materials, please inform us in advance.
